  个人简介

  陕西西安, 工学博士, 中共党员 ,硕士生导师。西北农林科技大学食品科学专业食品微生物方向博士,美国University of Georgia 食品科学专业联合培养博士。2017年7月进入js4399金沙导航化工学院食品工程系,2017年12月至今在js4399金沙导航从事教学科研工作。主要开展食品安全方向食源性致病菌污染控制及溯源检测,天然生物活性物质抑菌机制及肠道微生物,特医食品研制与开发。美国IAFP(International Association for Food Protection)协会会员,Chinese Association for Food Protection in North American 协会会员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,陕西省科技厅项目1项,陕西省教育厅项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,美国国家食品农业协会(NIFA)项目1项,美国农业部(USDA)项目1项,国家食品安全风险评估中心项目1项。
